Why it is needed to perform inspections and revisions of electrical appliances and tools:

Required by regulatory norms ČSN 33 1610 and ČSN 33 1600.

These revisions may be required and checked by the Labor Safety Office.

Labor Safety Office may demand a financial fine/penalty up to CZK 2.000.000,- in compliance with legal act No. 251/2005.

In case you have not performed the revision and harm on employee health or fire takes place, than the insurance company may decide not to provide the compensation and / or to decrease the compensation amount.

You may face a law suit for poor or no compliance with the law.
